About The Project
For our Data Science and Analytics Capstone project, our team collaborated with our client, Dr. Anca Doloc-Mihu, to analyze real estate in Georgia. Using datasets on healthcare, labor, and crime statistics by county, we explored how these factors impact real estate value. We have analyzed healthcare availability, employment rates, and crime statistics to find potential correlations, offering insights into real estate pricing.

Main Dataset: Kaggle Dataset
This dataset, which was obtained from Kaggle, contains the main statistics we hope to analyze, such as the price of the real estate listing, as well as location.
